麻黄的“破癥坚积聚”功效分析

结合古今文献研究,分析麻黄"破癥坚积聚"的功效机制,为拓展麻黄治疗妇科疾病的应用范围提供文献依据。通过梳理古今麻黄相关文献,筛选麻黄的特殊用法资料,并结合临床应用,归纳麻黄在阳和汤及麻黄细辛附子汤中治疗癥瘕的临床和配伍特点。麻黄消癥瘕的机制在于温经散寒、散邪外出、宣通气机、振奋肾阳。临床应用麻黄消癥瘕主要体现在阳和汤及麻黄细辛附子汤中。中医辨证治疗癥瘕有很大的应用前景,麻黄灵活配伍治疗癥瘕,疗效显著,扩大了麻黄在妇科疾病中的应用范围。

Discussion on Ephedrae Herba Treating Mass in Abdomen

The mechanism of Ephedrae Herba treating mass in abdomen was analyzed by combining the ancient and modern literatures in order to provide basis for expanding the application range of Ephedrae Herba.The items of Ephedrae Herba in previous and modern literatures were reviewed,and the special application of Ephedrae Herba was collected.Summarized the characters of Ephedrae Herba in Yanghetang and Mahuang Xixin Fuzitang in the treatment of gynecological mass in abdomen by combining the clinical practice.The mechanism of treating mass in abdomen was warm channel to expel cold,induce sweat to scatter evil,ventilate the lung-Qi,invigorate the kidney-Yang.Ephedrae Herba was mainly used in Yanghetang and Mahuang Xixin Fuzitang to treat gynecological mass in abdomen.There was great prospect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating mass by the flexible application of Ephedrae Herba,and it could expand the application range of Ephedrae Herba in gynecological diseases.
