Design and Development of Clinical Research System Based on Single Disease Database

Clinical research system based on single disease database collects and processes clinical data,documents the incidence,treatment and outcome of specific disease.The system can greatly enhance the utility of clinical data resources,and improve the clinical research levels.This paper analyzes the present situation of the clinical data center,introduces the structure of single disease data model based on the standardized cancer data sets,elaborates the functions of clinical research system,including multi dimension query of clinical data,the clinical research form entering,the follow-up data sharing and so on.The paper also discusses the shortcomings in practical application and prosoects its future development.
