抗菌药物对铜绿假单胞菌及大肠埃希菌的药敏分析

摘    要:目的:了解我院铜绿假单胞菌及大肠埃希菌在2003年~2004年两年中的药敏及耐药变化,以期合理控制抗菌药物使用及指导临床用药。方法:以美国DADE BHRING公司Microscan Walkway-40全自动微生物分析仪进行菌株鉴定及药敏实验方法,并对两年耐药结果予以统计学处理。结果:铜绿假单胞菌总体敏感率较高的是亚胺培南,丁胺卡那等,两年间耐药性变化显著的为环丙沙星。大肠埃希菌较敏感的为亚胺培南,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦,丁胺卡那,头孢他啶等,耐药性显著变化的有氨苄西林,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦,头孢噻肟,头孢曲松,头孢他啶。结论:临床应重视药敏试验结果,严格控制抗菌药物的使用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the sensitivity and drug tolerance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli to the antibiotics from 2003 to 2004 of our hospital. Methods: Strains indenification and drug sensitivity tests were performed with Microscan Walkay-40 and the data were analyzed . Results: The better antibiotics for Pseudomonas aeruginosa were imipenem and amikacin, respectively. The Variation of drug resistance for them was ciprofloxacin;The better antibiotics for Escherichia coli were imipenem, piperacillin-tazobactam, amikacin and cerfcazidime respectively.Variation of drug resistance for them was ampicillin, piperacillin- tazobactam, cefotaxime,cerferiaxon, cerfcazidime. Conclusion: Drug sensitive test was very important and the rational use of drug should be performed.
