丹红注射液联合前列地尔治疗肺心病心力衰竭疗效观察

目的观察丹红注射液联合前列地尔治疗肺心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将入选患者分为治疗组36例,对照组36例。两组均给予抗感染、解痉、平喘、止咳、祛痰、强心、利尿、对症处理;治疗组同时加用丹红注射液30 ml加入250 ml氯化钠溶液静脉滴注,3周为1个疗程;前列地尔（凯时）10μg加入5%葡萄糖20 ml内静脉注射,2次/d,14 d为1个疗程。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后血气分析、各项血液流变学指标与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论丹红注射液联合前列地尔治疗治疗肺心病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of Effect of Danhong Injection Combined with Alprostadil in Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease with Heart Failure

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Danhong injection combined with alprostadil in treatment of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Methods The enrolled patients were divided into therapy group（n=36） and control group（n=36）.Both of two groups received routine treatment.Based on that,therapy group received Danhong injection 30 ml adding into 250 ml sodium chloride solution intravenous drip,three weeks as a period of treatment,and alprostadil 10 μg adding into 5% glucose solution 20 ml iv.twice a day,14 days as a period of treatment.Results The effect was better in therapy group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Blood gas analysis and indexes of hemorheology had statistical significances（P〈0.05） comparing therapy group with control group after treatment.Conclusion Danhong injection combined with alprostadil can provide evident effect in treatment of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.
