乳腺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞与肿瘤细胞体外化疗药敏相关性研究

探讨乳腺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞能否代替肿瘤细胞进行体外化疗药敏试验,以指导部分不能行肿瘤细胞化疗药敏检测患者的临床化疗,采用MTT法体外药敏试验,检测了30例乳腺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞对1 5种临床常用化疗药物的敏感性.结果表明,除VCR外,乳腺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞对其余14种化疗药物的敏感性与肿瘤细胞的药敏结果无相关性.提示乳腺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞化疗药敏试验尚不能代替肿瘤细胞化疗药敏武验.

The Relative Study of Chemosensitivities of Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes and Tumor Cells of Breast Cancer in vitro

In order to evaluate whether or not the chemosensitivity test of peripheral blood lymphocytes of breast cancer could take place the tumor cells chemosensitivity test in vitro to guide clinical chemotherapy, the chemosensitivity of the peripheral blood lymphocytes and tumor cells to 15 clinical routine chemotheraputic agents was tested in 30 cases of breast cancer by using MTT method. The results showed that the chemosensitivity of the peripheral blood lymphocytes to 14 chemotheraputic agents except VCR was not relative to that of the tumor cells in the cases of breast cancer. It was suggested that the chemosensitivity test of the peripheral blood lymphocytes couldn't take place the test of tumor cells chemosensitivity in vitro in breast cancer.
