Abstract: | A 47-year-old woman with progressive systemic sclerosis developed disseminated intravascular coagulation in the course of her terminal illness. She also had complicating necrotizing angiitis and generalized lymphadenopathy. The likely relationship between disseminated intravascular coagulation and vasculitis is discussed. |
