| 摘 要： | 目的探讨光学相干断层扫描(OCT)和眼底彩色照相对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)定位的临床意义。方法对经荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)确诊的CSC43例(49眼59个渗漏点)行OCT联合眼底彩色照相检查,并测量渗漏点距黄斑中心凹的距离。结果59个渗漏点在OCT上和/或眼底彩色照相上有阳性体征者54个(91.5%)。FFA测量的54个渗漏点到黄斑中心凹的平均距离为(2.15±1.06)mm,OCT测量的平均距离为(2.09±1.04)mm,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论OCT联合同步眼底彩色照相可以用于CSC的定位诊断。
