不同联合用药对糖尿病合并高血压患者的降压疗效观察

【目的】探讨不同联合用药对糖尿病（DM）合并高血压患者的降压疗效。【方法】选取近3年在本中心接受降压治疗的DM病合并症高血压患者106例，分为A组56例，采用非洛地平联合培哚普利治疗，B组50例，采用氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应情况。【结果】两组患者在接受治疗2个月后，A组总有效率为85．7％，与B组92．0％相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。A组总不良反应发生率为16．1％，显著高于B组的10．0％（P〈0．05）。【结论】与非洛地平联合培哚普利相比，氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪对DM合并症高血压患者的降压效果更好。

Observation on Antihypertensive Effect of Different Drug Combinations in Diabetic Patients with Hypertension

[Objective] To explore the antihypertensive effect of different drug combinations in the treat- ment of diabetic patients with hypertension complications. [Methods] Totally 106 diabetic patients with hyper- tension who received antihypertensive therapy in our center during the recent three years were selected. Group A（ n =56） was treated by felodipine combined with enalapril. Group B（ n = 50） was treated by amlodipine combined with hydrochlorothiazide. The efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups were analyzed before and after treatment. [Results]After treatment for 2 months, the total effective rate in group A and group B were 85.7% and 92.0%, respectively, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in group A and group B were 16.1 % and 10.0%, respectively, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Compared with felodipine combined with enalapril, the antihypertensive effect of am lodipine combined with hydrochlorothiazide is better in treating diabetic patients with hypertension.
