| 摘 要： | 目的 观察分析应用具有活血化瘀作用的复方丹参注射液,结合西药治疗肺心病急性发作期的疗效。方法 以复方丹参注射液为主并配合西药常规治疗４５例（治疗组）,与３０例纯西药常规治疗（对照组）,比较两组症状,体征、血液流变学、血气分析及重要器官功能衰竭的恢复情况。结果 治疗组总有效率为（４３／３５）９５．５６％,对照组为（２２／３０）７３．３３％。结论 复方丹参注射液,能抗血小板凝集,扩张小动脉,改善心、肺
