双胎输血综合征新生儿的临床分析

目的:探讨双胎输血综合征的新生儿的并发症,降低围产儿死亡率,提高优生率。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对1998~2002年在该院出生的19对双胎输血综合征患儿临床资料进行统计分析。结果:双胎输血综合征患儿有一般双胎儿的临床共性,且患儿中受血儿出现并发症较供血儿多且严重。结论:双胎输血综合征对受血儿危害更大,故临床上一旦确诊为双胎输血综合征,应对受血儿进行严密监护,若出现临床表现,并发生红细胞增多症,应积极采取治疗措施,以减少严重并发症及后遗症的发生。

Clinical analysis of twin-twin transfusion syndrome of the neonates

Objective:To Study the complications of twin-twin transfusion syndrome to decrease the morbidity of neonates.Methods:Nineteen cases of twins borned in this hospital in 1998~2002 were analyzed retrospectively in statistics.Results:The twins who had twin-twin transfusion syndrome had the commonness of twins,and the recipients had more severe syndromes than the donors.Conclusion:The twin-twin transfusion syndrome has more complications in recipicents than that in donors.We must have a rigorous monitor to recipients in order to reduce serious syndrome and sequela.
