氟斑牙临床诊断综合分度法的研究

目的更加科学快捷的反应高氟地区人群氟中毒程度,为广大校医和基层疾病卫技人员提供简单直观的氟斑牙临床诊断分类和分度方法。方法通过对氟斑牙的白垩、着色、缺损、磨损的分型并分度,进而总结出氟斑牙临床诊断综合分度法。结果综合分度法将氟斑牙分为极轻度、轻度、中度、重度、极重度等5度。结论综合分度法能够全面反应不同氟水平地区氟斑牙的严重程度,广泛适用于地氟病调查研究、预防控制及其防治效果评价、医学院校教学、基层防治人员培训等实际工作。

Clinical comprehensive classification method in diagnosis of dental fluorosis

Objective To establish a simple and direct-viewing method for clinical classification and graduation in the diagnosis of dental fluorosis. Methods By classifying the chalk, pigmentation, damage, and attrition of dental fluorosis, comprehensive indexes for clinical classification and graduation in the diagnosis of dental fluorosis were summarized. Results Dental fluorosis was divided into extremely mild, mild, moderate, serious, extremely serious by the comprehensive classification method. Conclusions The comprehensive classification method is suitable for the investigation, prevention and control, health education, etc. of dental fluorosis in different areas.
