冠心病左室舒张末压变化与心电图Ptfv＿1关系的临床观测

对经冠造确诊的２２例冠心病患者（Ａ组）及２１例非冠心病患者（Ｂ组）左室舒张未压（ＬＶＥＤＰ）与ＰｔｆＶ＿１进行了检测。结果显示，Ａ组ＬＶＥＤＰ总的异常率为８１．９％，Ｐｔｆｖ＿１总的异常率为７７．２％。Ｂ组ＬＶＥＤＰ总的异常率为２３．８％，Ｐｔｆｖ＿１总的异常率为３８．１％。Ａ组Ｐｔｆｖ＿１异常检出率明显高于Ｂ组，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：冠心病ＬＶＥＤＰ增高可引起Ｐｔｆｖ＿１的异常变化。由于两者具有良好的相关性（ｒ＝０．５３，Ｐ＜０．０１），故利用ＰｔｆＶ＿１可间接了解ＬＶＥＤＰ的变化，为Ｐｔｆｖ＿１判断左室功能变化及左房负荷中的应用提供了依据。

The Colinical Observatlion of the Relationship between Ptfv_1 and left Venticular End-dicstolic Presswe in CHD Patients

According to the results ob-tained ftom coronary angiography in 43 parients ,among whom 22 were,preved to have CHD groupA, the evidences of CHDwere avoided 21patients(group B or con-trol groupl ).The relationship betweenLVEDP and Ptfv_1 of both groups assaged. The results showed that the rate ofLVEDP abnormality in group A was 81. 9%and ptfv_1 was 77.2% respectiely. Butin group B the aboue mentioned rates wereonly 23.8%and 38.1%accordingly.Itshowed that rates of abnormalty bothLVEDP and ptfv_1 group A were signif-cantly highder than that in gtoup B(P<0. 01).thus ,It is suggested that increaseof LVEDP may be one of the causes whichaffected the value of ptf. Moreover,the Pt-fv_1 and LVEDP showed close correlationaparantly(r-0.53,P<0.01).Thus ,thechanges of Ptfv_1 may be used to mirror thechanges of LVEDP indirectly and toevaluate the LV function along mith LAload.
