| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)在慢性胆囊炎和胆囊腺癌中的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法检测iNOS在 1 6例慢性胆囊炎、1 1例慢性胆囊炎伴胆囊腺肌瘤增生及 2 4例胆囊腺癌中表达。结果 :在慢性胆囊炎和胆囊腺癌胆囊壁中均有iNOS表达 ,且胆囊腺癌中iNOS表达明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :NO是胆囊良性病变恶变的重要中介分子。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of inducible nitric oxide synthase in chronic cholecystitis and gallbladder adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expressions of iNOS were detected by SP immunohistochemistry in 16 cases of chronic cholecystitis, 11 cases of chronic cholecystitis with adenomyoma and 24 cases of gallbladder adenocarcinoma. Results: Both chronic cholecystitis and gallbladder adenocarcinoma had iNOS expression. Compared to benign group, the expression of iNOS in adenocarcinoma was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: NO is an important mediating molecule of canceration in benign disease of gallbladders. |
