Clinical observation of leuprolide combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of leuprolide combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods 68 patients with endometriosis admitted to Hunan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different drug treatment methods,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with leuprolide on the basis of the control group.The levels of LH,FSH,E2,P,ADP,HGF and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,E2,P of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of ADP were higher than those before treatment,the levels of HGF in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group changed more than the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.88%)was was lower than that in the control group(29.41%)(χ²=6.476,P=0.011).Conclusion Leuprolide combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis can effectively improve the levels of multiple sex hormones in patients with fewer adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical application.
