品管圈在降低门诊患者冷链药品潜在不良事件中的应用

目的分析品管圈活动在降低门诊患者冷链药品潜在不良事件中的应用。方法以"降低门诊患者冷链药品潜在不良事件"为活动主题,运用品管七大手法和工具,严格按照PDCA循环十大步骤解决问题,最终得到有形成果与无形成果。结果有形成果:门诊患者冷链药品潜在不良事件由改善前的73.1件降低至改善后的30.9件,目标达标率为98.4%,进步率57.7%;无形成果:2019年门诊患者满意度由改善前的98.80%上升至改善后的99.43%,并制定2份标准化作业书。结论圈员们发动头脑风暴,集思广益,客观分析问题,共同拟定对策并严格参照执行;工作标准化程度大大提高,显著提升工作效率和工作质量,得到领导的肯定。

Application of quality control circle in reducing potential adverse events of cold chain drugs in outpatients

Objective To analyze the application of quality control circle activities in reducing potential adverse events of cold chain drugs in outpatients.Methods With the theme of"reducing the potential adverse events of cold chain drugs for outpatients",seven techniques and tools of quality control were used to solve the problems in strict accordance with the ten steps of PDCA cycle,and tangible and intangible results were finally obtained.Results Tangible effect:The potential adverse events of cold chain drugs for outpatients decreased from 73.1 before improvement to 30.9 after improvement,the target compliance rate was 98.4%,and the progress rate was 57.7%;Intangible effect:in 2019,the satisfaction of outpatients increased from 98.80%before improvement to 99.43%,and two standardized work books were formulated.Conclusion The members of the circle brainstorming,brainstorming,objective analysis of problems,joint formulation of countermeasures and strict reference for implementation;The degree of work standardization has been greatly improved,so that the work efficiency and quality have been significantly improved,which has been affirmed by the leaders.
