黄药子不同方法提取物的抗肿瘤作用研究

目的：观察黄药子不同成分的抗肿瘤作用。方法：制备小鼠肝癌腹水瘤模型，隔日腹腔注射给药。记录荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长变化及荷瘤小鼠生存期；选择八种离体人肿瘤细胞，观察不同成分对肿瘤细胞的抑制情况，并对结果进行统计分析。结果：四种提取物均能抑制荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长，延长存活期，其中石油醚及乙醚提取物与对照组相比有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；在体外抑瘤实验中，乙酸提取物对肝癌等六种肿瘤其抑制率与其它三种成分相比有显著差异（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１），乙醇提取物、水提取物分别对膀胱癌、肺巨细胞癌的肿瘤抑制率与其它三种成分相比有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：黄药子不同提取物抑瘤效果不同，临床上用黄药子治疗不同肿瘤时，应选择不同的提取方法。

Study on the anti-tumor effect of the extraction of Dioscorca bulbifera L

Objective To observe the anti-tumor effect of different compositions of Dioscorea bulbifera L. Methods Mice were selected to make animal models with liver cancer and ascites tumor. Medicines were injected into the abdominal cavity of the animals every other day. The growth and changes of the tumor and the life time of the mice with tumor were recorded. Eight kinds tumor cells from the human body were chosen to observe how the different compositions inhibit tumor cells. Results The statistical analysis showed that four kinds of extractions could inhibit the growth of the tumor of the mice with tumor and prolonged its life. Among them, there was a significant difference between extractions with petroleum ether and the controls(p < 0. 01). In the tumor - inhibiting experiment outside the body, the inhibition rate of extraction with ether against six tumors as liver cancer was significantly different, compared with that of other three compositions(P<0. 01). The inhibition rate of the extractions with ethanol and water respectively against the cancer of bladder and lung macro - cell cancer was greatly different compared with other three compositions(P<0. 01). Conclusion The result shows that extractions with different mothods of Dioscorea bulbifera L. have different tumor - inhibitin effects. In clinical practices, we should choose different extractions to treat different tumors with Dioscorea bulbifera L.
