低能量He-Ne激光促进鼻内镜鼻窦手术后黏膜上皮化的临床观察

目的探讨低能量He—Ne激光照射对鼻内镜鼻窦手术后术腔黏膜转归的影响。方法符合标准的64例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组以He-Ne激光术腔照射辅助术后治疗，以术腔黏膜病变情况及术腔上皮化时间为观察指标，与对照组比较评价疗效。结果He-Ne激光治疗组病例术后4周时术腔的囊泡、息肉样水肿、窦腔积脓及粘连均较对照组轻；治疗组平均上皮化时间6.1周，对照组平均上皮化时间8．2周，2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论He—Ne激光照射可促进鼻内镜鼻窦手术后黏膜良性转归。

Application of low-power He-Ne laser radiation after endoscopic sinus surgery

Objective To evaluate the effect of low-power He-Ne laser radiation on the mucous membrane of the operative cavity after endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 64 cases with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups（He-Ne laser group and control group. 32 cases respectively.） Afterendoscopicsinus surgery, the control group was treated by the routine postoperative procedures, while He-Ne laser group, was administrated with additional low-power He-Ne laser radiation in the operative cavities. The process of the epithelialization in the operativecavities of both groups was observed by endoscopy. Results The Outcome of mucous, membrane in the operative cavities of He-Ne laser group was better than that of the control group. The average time of epith elialization in He-Ne laser-roup was 6. 1 weeks, which was shorter than that in the control group8.2 weeks（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Low-power He-Ne laser radiation has auxo-action for operative cavity, after endoscopic sinus surgery.
