| 摘 要： | 探讨小儿疾病的误诊规律，为儿科医生诊断儿科疾病提供依据。对１９８５年～１９９１年进行尸检的２２８例患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析，以确定临床诊断与病理诊断的符合率，２２８例尸检患儿中，病理与临床诊断符合者１９０例（８３．３％），误诊３８例（１６．７％），大于１岁患儿共７３例，临床与病理诊断符合者６６例，符合率为９０．４％小于或等于１岁患儿共１５５例，临床与病理诊断符合者１２４例，符合率为８０％，两组
