黄藤乙醇提取物对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞抑制作用的研究

摘    要:目的:研究黄藤乙醇提取物对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞的抑制作用.方法:体外培养烧伤后的人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞,加入不同浓度的黄藤提取物,24 h后观察细胞形态学,以乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)为指标观察细胞毒性,用MTT法检测其增殖活性.结果:不同浓度的黄藤醇提取物均能改变成纤维细胞形态,抑制细胞增殖,浓度在300μg/mL以下无明显的细胞毒作用.结论:黄藤醇提取物对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞具有抑制作用,并呈剂量依赖关系.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of ethanol extraction of Fibaurea recisa Pierre on postburn hypertrophic scar-derived fibroblasts.Methods:Hypertrophic scar-derived fibroblasts were harvested and cultured in vitro.The proliferation activity of the fibroblasts is examined by MTT method.The cellular morphology,proliferation activity and the cytotoxicity of the drug were observed after 24 hours of culture.Results:The fibroblast morphology could be altered by any concentration of the ethanol extraction.Furthermore,the cell count and the cellular proliferation activity decreased obviously with the treatment of the ethanol extraction.Conclusion:The cellular morphology and proliferation activity of postburn hypertrophic scar-derived fibroblasts could all be inhibited by ethanol extraction of Fibaurea recisa Pierre in dose-dependent pattern.
