| 摘 要： | 目的分析2008年兰州市儿童青少年超重、肥胖的流行状况,为制定相应的防治策略和干预措施提供科学依据。方法利用"2008年全国学生体质健康监测"兰州市资料,对4所中学和4所小学7～18岁学生7 100名进行医学体格检查,分为城、乡、男、女4个群体,利用中国肥胖工作组(WGOC)制定的BMI标准筛查超重和肥胖。结果兰州市2008年儿童青少年肥胖检出率为城男7.4%,城女3.3%,乡男1.8%,乡女1.4%;超重检出率为城男14.0%,城女7.6%,乡男5.1%,乡女2.9%。由于城乡经济差异和男女发育过程的不同,城男12岁是超重肥胖的高发群体。结论与2005年甘肃省数据相比超重肥胖流行率有上升趋势,应重视儿童青少年超重、肥胖的预防工作。 |
