自然流产绒毛细胞培养方法的比较及核型分析

目的 探讨两种方法对绒毛细胞培养结果的影响及核型分析在诊断自然流产病因和妊娠指导中的作用.方法 无菌采取100例自然流产患者子宫绒毛,其中75例应用细胞培养法,25例应用直接法,进行染色体制备及核型分析.结果 75 例应用培养法,成功67例,异常33例;25例应用直接法,成功16例,异常11例.两种方法相比培养法成功率显著高于直接法（P＜0.05）;两种方法的异常率无显著差异（P＞0.05）.异常核型以数目异常为主,并以三体征最常见.结论 采用培养法制备绒毛染色体的方法比较理想.流产绒毛染色体检查有利于查明该次流产的原因,并对下次妊娠有较好的指导意义.

The Comparison of Two Culture Methods and Karyotype Analysis for Abortion Villus

Objective To investigate the effect of two methods to the result of villus cultivate and the value of karyotype analysis from abortion villus to identify the reason of spontaneous abortion and guide the pregnancy. Methods 75 cases were carried culture method,25 cases were carried quick method,then karyotype analysis were done to 100 cases of spontaneous abortion.Results Among 75 abortion chorionic villus,there were 67 cases succeeded in cell culture and 33 cases Were abnormal;Among 25 abortion chorionic villus,there were 16 cases succeeded in cell culture and 11 abnormal cases were checked out.The success rate of culure method was significant above quick method（P 〈 0.05）,but the abnormity rate of two methods has no significant diffidence（P 〉 0.05）.Number of abnormality is the leading abnormality, and trisomy is the most.Conclusion The culture method is better to the chorionic villus preparation;Embryo chromosomal abnormality is the important reason of early spontaneous abortion.Karyotype analysis Of abortion villus is beneficial to identify the abortion reason,and can guide the next pregnancy.
