2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白水平与红细胞变形能力的相关性研究

目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者不同糖化血红蛋白水平与红细胞变形能力的相关性.方法 选取2型糖尿病患者90例为实验组,根据糖化血红蛋白水平分为≤6.5%、6.5%～8.5%、≥8.5%三组;选取体检健康者30名为对照组.测定不同糖化血红蛋白水平的红细胞变形指数及红细胞聚集指数,以红细胞变形指数表示红细胞变形能力.结果 2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白〉6.5%时红细胞变形指数显著降低（P＜0.05）,红细胞聚集指数显著升高（P＜0.05）,红细胞变形指数随着糖化血红蛋白的升高逐步降低（P＜0.05）,红细胞聚集指数随着糖化血红蛋白的升高逐步升高（P＜0.05）.结论 2型糖尿病患者红细胞变形能力在糖化血红蛋白＞6.5%时开始下降,并随着糖化血红蛋白的升高逐步降低.

Relationship between the Level of HbA1C and Erythrocyte Deformability in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the relationship between the level of HbA l c and erythrocyte deformability in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（90 patients） were included as the experimental group and divided into three groups according to the concentration of HbA Ic,namely ≤6.5%,6.5% - 8.5% and ≥ 8.5%,while the people（30 people） who were healthy were included as the control group.The index of erythrocyte deformability and the index of erythrocyte aggregation were measured.Results The index of erythrocyte deformability was significantly decreased and the index of erythrocyte aggregation increased as soon as the concentration of HbA 1, was higher than 6.5%.The index of erythrocyte deformability was decreased gradually while the index of erythrocyte aggregation increased with the increase of the concentration of HbAlc in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusions The erythrocyte deformability was impaired as soon as the .concentration of HbAlc was higher than 6.5% and decreased gradually with the increase of the concentration of HbA 1C.
