| 摘 要： | 目的观察Rho激酶抑制剂——法舒地尔对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者经皮腔内冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后血浆骨桥蛋白(OPN)水平的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法 67例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者按随机数字表法分为法舒地尔治疗组34例和常规治疗组33例;用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定冠状动脉造影或PCI术前、术后3d和14d血浆OPN浓度。结果各组间PCI术前血浆OPN水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后呈动态变化,3d时明显升高(P<0.05),14d时升高更显著(P<0.01)。法舒地尔治疗组较常规治疗组术后14d血浆OPN水平明显降低[(198.6±17.0)μg/L比(282.1±35.4)μg/L,P<0.01]。结论 PCI术后血浆OPN水平升高并呈动态变化,可能与血管内膜损伤后炎症反应有关;法舒地尔可明显降低血浆OPN水平,提示法舒地尔对PCI术后血管炎症反应有抑制作用。
