摘    要:目的:为实现在低海拔地区医疗专用列车中装配高浓度PSA制氧系统,研究制氧系统在列车特殊环境中的应用设计.方法:按照铁路客车设计规范对列车安全性和轮重差的要求,在定型列车既有配置的基础上,采用人工设计、计算机仿真以及路网分相区检测和自动控制技术,对车载制氧系统进行应用设计与装配.结果:经动静态试验,制氧系统氧产量>3 000 L/h、氧气体积分数为91.8%~93.3%、终端压力为0.42~0.45 MPa、车辆轮重差≤2.8%,符合医疗用氧及列车相关要求.结论:解决了制氧系统在车辆中的平衡性、防振性及持续供电等问题,成功实现了高浓度制氧系统在低海拔地区列车中的集成装配.

Abstract:Objective To equip a medical special train of low-altitude area with high concentration PSA oxygen generating system.Methods The application design and assembly of the train-mounted PSA oxygen generating system were performed with the techniques of artificial design,computer simulation,neutral zone detection and automatic control,according to the requirements of the train design specification for train safety and wheels load difference.Results Dynamic and static experiments proved that the oxygen yield was more than 3 000 L/h,the oxygen concentration was between 91.8% and 93.3%,the terminal pressure was between 0.42 and 0.45 MPa and the wheels load difference was not more than 2.8%,which were all consonant with related requirements.Conclusion The high-concentration PSA oxygen generating system is assembled in a train at low-altitude area,with the problems of equilibrium,anti vibration,continuous power supply and etc solved.
