摘    要:目的:分析某轻武器低温环境试验室枪尾气污染程度,评估其对职业卫生的影响,提出经济有效的防护措施.方法:对污染现状和不同防护措施进行计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟,并结合现场监测数据评估污染现状与防护效果.结果:轻武器低温试验过程中CO污染严重,模拟结果与现场情况基本相符,作为评估方法结果可信.结论:脉冲式污染源破坏工位气幕隔离效果,污染源原位隔离加外防护罩的方式更有效.

Abstract:Objective To analyze ingredients of exhaust emissions from small-arms in a low-temperature lab,assess the impact on testing crews' health,and try to find an efficient protection solution.Methods The testing process and protection cases were simulated by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),then verified with monitored data to evaluate the exposure level and protection performance.Results Similar results form simulation and in-site monitor proved that testing crews were exposed in highly CO contamination,and simulation was a reliable method.Conclusion Impulse resource can destroy laminar "air mask",and in-site protection around contamination source combined with outer protection is efficient.
