| 摘 要： | 结合军队医院医疗合作项目管理实践,分析合作医疗设备管理中普遍存在的问题,并从严格把关、合同签订、严格履行审批程序、加强日常管理及建立科学效益分析体系等方面提出了相应的建议措施,以规范合作医疗设备管理,提高合作医疗设备管理水平,规避医院方的合作风险.
