| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对医疗设备使用效率进行分析,有效提高医疗设备的效率.方法：综合某三甲医院3a内的效益分析数据,通过基尼系数均等化和包络分析进行效率分析,对该院5个医技科室设备使用效率进行合理评价.结果：通过分析,对投入—产出非效率的设备及科室提出了改善方案,最终有效提高了医疗设备效率.结论：通过DEA可以有效分析医疗设备使用效率的合理性,给医疗设备效益分析和采购论证提供有效的数据支持.

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the efficiency of medical equipment through efficiency analysis. Methods The data of efficiency analysis in some Grade A Class 3 hospital were integrated, with equating by Geordie coefficient and analyzing by DEA. The service efficiency of five medical technical sections were assessed reasonably. Results The improvement scheme was proposed to enhance the medical equipment efficiency. Conolusion DEA can be used for the benefit analysis and purchase demonstration of medical equipment. |
