医用氧变压吸附制备工艺研究进展

摘    要:医用氧气属药品,结合医用氧质量要求与变压吸附工艺的工作原理,从分子筛吸附剂改性、多级变压吸附工艺以及变压吸附与膜分离耦合工艺等方面,对医用氧变压吸附制备工艺研究进展进行了综述,提出了存在的问题,展望了医用氧变压吸附制备工艺的发展前景.

Abstract:The quality requirements for medical oxygen and the working principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process are introduced,then the medical oxygen production by PSA process is reviewed from the aspects of molecular sieve adsorbent modification,multi-stage PSA process,coupling process of PSA and membrane separation and etc.The problems and prospective of PSA process for medical oxygen production are also pointed out.
