摘    要:目的:探讨飞行人员颈椎曲度异常的DR特征及病因。方法:选择120例DR表现为颈椎曲度异常的飞行人员影像及I隘床资料,侧位测量其颈椎曲度,根据DR颈椎曲度异常的程度将颈椎曲度分为变直、反曲及过曲3组,按飞行机种和飞行时间进行统计学分析。结果:120例患者中,颈椎曲度变直84例,反曲33例,过曲3例。各组间两两比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01):歼击机飞行员的颈椎曲度异常率高于运输机和直升机飞行员,飞行时间在1000-2000h的飞行员的颈椎曲度异常率高于飞行时间小于1000h和大于2000h的飞行员。结论:飞行人员的颈椎曲度异常的发病率与机种、飞行时间有密切相关性,分析颈椎曲度的改变将有助于飞行人员退行性疾病的诊断。

Abstract:Objective To analyse DR features and cause of aircrew in abnormal cervical vertebrae curvature, Methods Totally 120 airerews with abnormal cervical curvatures were analyzed for their imaging and clinical data, and measured for the cervical curvature laterally, who were divided into three groups based on the degrees of cervical curvature, including the ones straightened, retroflected and overbended. The statistical analyses were carried out according to aircraft types and flying time. Results Of the 120 patients, there were 84 ones with straightened cervical curvatures, 33 ones with retrofleeted curvatures and 3 ones with overbended curvatures. It's significantly different between each pair of groups, with P〈0.O1. The incidence rate of abnormal eervicaJ curvature of fighter plane aircrews was higher than those of transporter ones and helicopter ones, and the incidence rate of abnormal cervical curvature of the airerews with the flying time between 1 000 hours and 2 000 hours was higher than those of the aircrews with the flying time less than 1 000 hours or more than 2 000 hours. Conclusion The incidence rate of abnormal cervical curvature of the aircrew is closely consistent with the aircraft type and flying time, and the analysis of cervical curvature is helpful for the diagnosis of the degenerative disease of the airerew.
