硅胶假体隆胸术后乳腺全数字化钼靶摄片技术探讨

目的：探讨硅胶假体隆胸术后患者钼靶摄片的方法及技巧。方法：回顾分析46例硅胶假体隆胸术后患者的临床资料及数字钼靶片，由2位从事乳腺影像诊断的高年资医生对其图像质量进行分析，评价图像优质片率状况。结果：所有患者均能配合完成摄片，x线片解剖结构清晰，对比度及清晰度均能满足临床诊断要求，满意度为100％。结论：熟练掌握对硅胶假体隆胸术后患者钼靶摄片的方法及技巧能减少患者的不适，为临床提供高质量的钼靶片，提高诊断的准确性。

Digital Molybdenum Target Mammography after Breast Humping by Silicone Prosthesis

Objective To explore the methods and techniques of digital molybdenum target mammography after breast humping with the silicone prosthesis. Methods Digital molybdenum target mammography data after breast humping with the silicone prosthesis of 46 patients were analyzed retrospectively, and two senior radiologists evaluated the image equally and determine the high quality rate. Results All the examinations were completed with the cooperation of the patients, and the molybdenum target mammography, contrast and definition could meet the clinical requirements, with all the patients satisfied. Conclusion The technique of digital molybdenum target mammography after breast humping with the silicone prosthesis can make the patient comfortable and the mammograph qualified.
