| 摘 要： | 目的：设计一种医用肺功能仪校准装置,用于肺功能仪的质量控制.方法：采用计算机伺服控制活塞的工作方式,运用人体呼吸的基本原理,提供各项标准参数,完成肺功能仪的校准.结果：该装置性能稳定,可以修正气体体积和流量,并能提供肺活量（VC）、用力肺活量（FVC）、呼吸峰流量（PEF）等标准量值,并且符合《JJF 1213-2008肺功能仪校准规范》的要求.结论：医用肺功能校准装置能够实现各项校准功能,满足肺功能仪质量控制的需要.

| Abstract: | Objective To design a kind of calibration device used for quality control of pulmonary function meter. Methods This device made use of the computer serve control piston working and the principle of human breathing to provide all kinds of standard parameters, and thus could complete the calibration of puhnonary function meter.Results The device had stable performance and could modify the gas volume and flow rate. It could provide vital capacity（VC）, forced vital capacity （FVC）, peak expiratory flow （PEF） standard value, and was in line with ＂JJF1213--2008 calibration specification for the pulmonary function measuring instrument＂. Conolusion Medical pulmonary function calibration device can realize the calibration function to meet the needs of quality control of pulmonary function instrument. |
