摘    要:目的:降低X线、CT检查过程中患者所受的X线辐射剂量。方法:在检查中遵循正当化、参数选择最优化以及合理防护的原则。结果:在把握好患者检查适应证和禁忌证的前提下,通过优化技术参数、有效防护,完全能够降低患者的辐射剂量。结论:大量或额外的X线、CT检查势必会造成对人体的伤害,因此必须加强在检查过程中对患者及陪伴者的X线辐射防护。

Abstract:Objective To reduce the X-ray radiation dose in X-ray and CT examinations. Methods The principles of rationality, optimal parameters selection and proper protection were observed. Results Some measures were carried out to reduce the radiation dose, including parameter optimization and effective protection, with the indication and contraindication considered. Conclusion X-ray radiation protection has to be performed during X-ray and CT examinations.
