摘    要:目的:研制一种适合高原高寒环境使用的制氧机组.方法:通过分析技术指标要求,探讨功耗、低温、道路运输、机房布局、冰川位移、可靠性等关键问题,提出解决措施.结果:元器件经过-80℃低温试验考核,制氧机组产氧量为2 Nm3/h,氧气体积分数为95.1%.结论:此制氧机组可满足高原高寒环境使用要求.

Abstract:Objective To develop an oxygen generating unit for plateau hypothermia environment.Methods Key issues of power consumption,hypothermia,road transport,machine room arrangement,glacier displacement and reliability were discussed,and some measures were put forward accordingly.Results The unit passed the-80 ℃ low-temperature test,with the oxygen yield of 2 Nm3/h and oxygen concentration of 95.1%.Conclusion The oxygen generation unit can meet the requirements in plateau hypothermia environment.
