酶联免疫加速仪与水浴孵育方法对梅毒螺旋体抗体检测的比较

摘    要:目的:对比用酶联免疫加速仪与传统水浴孵育方法对梅毒螺旋体抗体的检测,为进一步优化实验方法、缩短实验时间提供依据.方法:随机选取100例梅毒螺旋体抗体检测样本及梅毒抗体标准血清,分别应用酶联免疫加速仪和传统水浴孵育方法进行检测,并对结果进行统计分析.结果:2种方法对梅毒螺旋体抗体标准品和100例临床标本的检测结果的相关性具有统计学意义.结论:酶联免疫加速仪与传统水浴孵育法在应用于酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法中具有等效性,并且能够加快反应速度.

Abstract:Objective To compare enzyme-linked immnosorbent accelerometer method and water bath incubation method for Treponerma pallidum antibody detection in order to optimize the experimental method and reduce experimental time. Methods Enzyme-linked immnosorbent aecelerometer method and water bath incubation method were used to detect 100 cases of Treponema pallidum antibody test samples and syphilis antibody standard serum, and the experimental results were analyzed statistically. Results The correlation of the results by the two methods were statistically significant. Conolusion Enzyme-linked immnosorbent accelerometer and water bath incubation method are equivalent when used for ELISA, with the reaction velocity enhanced greatly.
