摘    要:目的:研制一种主要用于低温环境下的输液加热器。方法:输液加热器以单片机为核心,由电源、温度传感器、温度显示与控制电路、报警电路、加热电路等部分组成。首先温度传感器将检测到的温度传给单片机,单片机控制四位数码管显示,并判断温度是否在规定范围内,对于超过和低于设定的温度范围分别给予报警,并通过单片机控制场效应管的通断以实现对加热部件的控制。结果:在室温20℃时,以生理盐水为例,输液速度为40滴/min,加热到34℃时仅需76S,并能保持较好的恒温效果。结论:该加热器加热快.控温效果好.输液安全可靠。

Abstract:Objective To develop an infusion heater for low temperature circumstance. Methods The infusion heater with the singlechip as the core was composed of power source, temperature sensor, temperature display and control circuit, alarm circuit, heating circuit and etc. Firstly, the temperature sensor detected the temperature and sent it to the singlechip, then the singlechip controlled four-bit digital LED to display the temperature, and judged whether the temperature was within the specified scope. Alarming happened if the temperature beyond the desired range, and the singlechip could control the heater components by switching on or off the field-effect transistor. Results Physiological saline with the speed of 40 drops per minute at the room temperature of 20 ℃ could be heated to 34 ℃ in 76 s, and the temperature could be maintained steadily. Conclusion The infusion heater behaves well in heating and temperature controlling.
