| 摘 要： | 目的:观察甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将66例确诊为输卵管妊娠患者分为两组,对照组:32例,甲氨蝶呤(MTX)单次肌内注射,实验组:34例,甲氨蝶呤(MTX)单次肌内注射联合口服中药。定期监测血β-HCG水平及B超监测包块情况直至正常。结果:对照组与实验组的治愈率分别为75.00%,91.18%,实验组明显高于对照组,且实验组血β-HCG降至正常值的时限明显较对照组短。结论:甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠疗效好,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of MTX combined traditional Chinese medicine on oviducal pregnancy.Methods:66 patients with oviducal pregnancy were divided into two groups.Contrast group was treated with MTX single-dose intramuscular injection,and study group was treated with MTX single-dose intramuscular injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The curative rate was 75% and 91.2% in contrast group and study group,the shorten time that β-HCG returned to normal level in study group significantly differed from that of contrast group.Conclusion:MTX single-dose intramuscular injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating oviducal pregnancy is highly effective.It was worth to popularizing in clinical practice. |
