利福平加维生素B12治疗压疮的护理与疗效观察

目的探讨利福平加维生素B12治疗压疮的临床疗效。方法 60例患者共75处压疮,随机分为治疗组（40处）和对照组（35处）,治疗组在常规综合治疗的同时结合利福平加维生素B12治疗,对照组仅用常规的综合治疗,对临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率,分别为92.5%和71.4%,组间差异有显著性（P=0.017）;两组压疮创面愈合时间比较,亦存在显著差异性（P=0.002）。结论利福平加维生素B12治疗压疮可促进其创面愈合,缩短愈合时间,减轻病人痛苦,值得广泛推广应用。

Therapeutic efficacy of rifampin and vitamin B12 to treat pressure ulcers

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of rifampin and vitamin B12 to treat pressure ulcers.Methods 60 patients with 75 pressure ulcers were randomly divided into two groups.The 40 pressure ulcers in therapy groups were treated with rifampin,vitamin B12 and comprehensive medical management and the 35 pressure ulcers in control group were treated with comprehensive medical management alone.Results The response rate in therapy group and control group were 92.5% and 71.4%,P=0.017.The time of healing in two groups have statistical significance（P=0.002）.Conclusion Rifampin and vitamin B12 can improve healing of pressure sores,shortening the time of healing,and relieving the pain of patients.
