无水酒精消融加区域动脉置管化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌

目的探讨无水酒精消融加区域动脉置管化疗(简称为消融化疗)治疗中晚期胰腺癌的价值。方法对1994~2005年57例中晚期胰腺癌患者行消融化疗(消融化疗组),并就治疗效果与同期未行消融化疗的62例中晚期胰腺癌患者(单纯组)进行对比分析。结果消融化疗组手术患者并未增加手术并发症,而术后疼痛缓解率和肿瘤缓解率明显升高(P<0.01)。消融化疗组半年、1年、2年生存率分别为94.74%、52.63%、7.02%;单纯组半年、1年、2年生存率分别为62.90%、17.74%、1.61%。结论消融化疗能抑制胰腺癌细胞生长,有助于延长生存期和减轻患者疼痛,提高患者生活质量,是胰腺癌手术后有效的辅助治疗手段。

Treatment of postoperative intra - arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with absolute alcohol ablation in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer

Objective To study the value of postoperative intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy in combination with operative absolute alcohol ablation in treatment of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Method From 1994 to 2005, fifty-seven patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were treated by postoperative intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy in combination with operative absolute alcohol ablation (group A), and 62 patients were not treated by postoperative intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy as control (group B). The effects were analysed contrastively. Result There was no significant differences in the complications between group A and group B. The ache alleviate rate and tumor alleviate rate in group A were significantly higher than those of group B (P<0.01). The half year, 1 and 2 year survive rate in group A were 94.74%, 52.63% and 7.02%, and 62.9%, 17.74% and 1.61% in Group B. Conclusion Postoperative intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy in combination with operative absolute alcohol ablation has advantages of inhibiting tumor growth, improving survival rate and the quality of life. It can be an effective adjuvant therapy for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.
