| 摘 要： | 对试行学分制后学籍管理出现的问题,需要以新的理念为指导去解决。要建立基于人本观念和竞争意识的学籍管理体系,注重解决学籍管理的根本性问题,逐步完善学籍管理制度,多渠道实施对学分制的支持。

| Abstract: | New ideas are need urqently solve the problems of the academic record management at the experimental credit system stage. Great emphasis is laid on fostering human-centered and competitive awareness of academic record management system, solving the fundamental issues about the academic record management, and gradually perfecting academic management system. These measures will eventually contribute to the full development of the credit system. |
