周围静脉同步换血疗法的疗效观察与护理

目的:探讨周围静脉同步换血疗法治疗新生儿高胆红素血症及其它儿科危重症的疗效及护理。方法:同时开放两条周围静脉通道进行换血治疗,抽血、输血同步进行,速度均为2~3ml/kg·min,2~4h完成,治疗中加强护理。结果:20例新生儿高胆红素血症、败血症、急性中毒患儿换血治疗后效果满意,均治愈出院。结论:周围静脉同步换血疗法疗效确切、安全、操作简便,是治疗新生儿高胆红素血症、败血症、急性中毒的有效方法。

Observation of effective outcome of synchronous peripheral venous exsanguinotransfusion and nursing care

Objective: To explore the effective outcome of synchronous peripheral venous exsanguinotransfusion and nursing care in the treatment of newborn hyperbilirubinemia and the other critical care in children. Methods: The synchronous exsanguinotransfusion was conducted in two opened peripheral veins, at the speed of 2-3 ml/kg per min. and finished in 2-4 hours. Results: The satisfactory effectiveness was obtained in the treatment of 20 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia, septicemia and acute poisoning. Conclusion: Synchronous peripheral venous exsanguinotransfusion is effective, safe and simple and can be taken as one of ideal therapies in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia, septicemia and acute poisoning.
