| 摘 要： | 目的 采用改良侧卧位单侧椎弓根入路椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性骨折,探讨其治疗效果.方法 选取骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者25例,均采用改良侧卧位单侧椎弓根入路实施椎体成形术,观察患者术前、术后VAS疼痛评分变化,记录患者术后并发症发生情况.结果 所有患者术后疼痛均明显缓解,VAS评分术前、术后1天、术后1周及术后3月分别为8.8±0.6、2.2±0.4、2.1±0.5及1.9±0.4.所用患者均获得随访,未发现与手术相关的并发症出现.结论 改良侧卧位单侧椎弓根入路椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性骨折是安全有效的,值得临床推广.
