新型聚氨酯类液体根充材料密封性能的观察研究

摘    要:目的:了解新型聚氨酯类液体根充材料的根管密封性能。方法:采用染料渗漏法和扫描电镜观察新型聚氨酯液体根充材料与根管壁之间的密合度及其对根尖孔的封闭能力。结果:新型根管充填材料能够严密地封闭根尖孔,与根管壁间的密合性优于常用根管充填材料。结论:新型聚氨酯类液体根充材料符合根充材料的基本要求,具有成为一种新的根充材料的可能性。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the root canal sealing ability of the novel polyurethane liquid root canal filling material.Methods:To observe the gaps between material and the walls of canals by scanning electron microscope ,the apical sealing ability of material by dye penetration method.Result:The novel root canal material can seal apical densely and has better degree of obturation than normal materials.Conclusion:The novel polyurethane liquid root canal filhng material adapts to the filling of root canals and has the potential to be a novel material.
