肇事肇祸精神病102例临床分析

目的了解肇事肇祸精神病患者的临床特点。方法对102例因肇事肇祸被强制入院的精神病患者（肇事肇祸组）与同期入院的50例非肇事肇祸的精神病患者（对照组）就其一般资料和相关的临床特征进行对比分析。结果肇事肇祸组患者在年龄、职业、婚姻状况、文化程度、地域等方面与对照组比较．差异均有统计学意义（x^2分别=19．09、10．85、50．14、16．45、34．55，P均〈0．05）；在住院次数、前驱症状、起病形式及临床疗效等方面比较，差异均有统计学意义（x^2分别=63．85、12．87、37．05、9．66，P均〈0．05）。BPRS量表评分中焦虑抑郁、缺乏活力和思维障碍指标比较，差异均有统计学意义（t分别=26．70、18．22、20．49，P均〈0．05）；在疾病构成比较中，在精神分裂症、拘禁性精神病方面，差异均有统计学意义（x^2分别=4．16、4．14，P均〈0．05）。结论肇事肇祸精神病患者，在人口学特征、临床特点及疾病构成方面都有其特征。应该加强这一特殊人群的管理，尤其要加大对精神分裂症患者的治疗力度。同时也应加强外来人口精神疾病的监测。

Analyze on the mental condition of 102 troublemakers

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of troublemakers with mental disorder. Methods Clinical characteristics of 102 troublemakers （ study group） and 50 patients （control group） with mental disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were significant differences in age, occupation, marriage, education, resident place between the two groups （x^2=19.09, 50.14, 16.45, 10.85, 34.55 ,P〈0.05）; there were significant differences in inpatient times, prodrome, term of illness, curative effect （x^2=63.85, 12.87, 37.05, 9.66,P〈0.05）; there were significant differences in anxiety-depression, anergia, thought disturbance in the BPRS scale （t=-26.70, 18.22, 20.49, P〈0.05）; there were significant differences in schizophrenia and mental disorder of arrest in disease constitutes （x^2= 4.16,4.14,P〈0.05）. Conclusions Troublemakers with mental disorder have their clinical characteristics and corresponding management should be strengthened.
