EBER1/2、LMP-1在NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达

目的　探讨NK /T细胞淋巴瘤与EB病毒 (EBV )的关系。方法　收集 2 6例NK /T细胞淋巴瘤 (淋巴结内 10例 ,淋巴结外 16例 ) ,采用免疫组织化学S P法确定瘤细胞本质 ,用原位杂交法检测EBV编码的RNA (EBER 1/2 )。结果　①在 2 6例NK /T细胞淋巴瘤中 ,EBER1/2检出率为 46 .2 % (12 /2 6 ) ,其中淋巴结内检出率为 10 .0 % (1/10 ) ,淋巴结外检出率为 6 8.8% (11/16 ) ,2组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。②在淋巴结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中 ,EBER 1/2在鼻腔检出率为 90 .0 % (9/10 ) ,其它部位为 33 .3 % (2 /6 ) ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。③EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白 (LMP 1)在EBER1/2阳性病例中的检出率为16 .7% (2 /12 )。结论　EBV在NK /T细胞淋巴瘤的发生中有一定作用 ,并具有部位依赖性的特点 ;EBV在NK /T细胞淋巴瘤中的潜伏感染模式不完全一致。

Expression of EBER1/2 and LMP-1 in NK/T Cell Lymphomas

Objective To explore the relationship between NK/T cell lymphomas and Epstein-Barr virus(EBV).Methods 26 cases of NK/T cell lymphoma(10 cases from lymph nodes and 16 cases from extranodal tissues) were enrolled in the study,the nature of neoplastic cells was confirmed by immunohistochemistry.EBV encoded RNA(EBER1/2) were detected by in situ hybridization(ISH).Results EBER1/2 were detected in 12/26 NK/T cell lymphomas,1 of the 10 cases of nodal and 11 of the 16 cases of extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma were positive for EBER1/2.The detection frequencies of EBV in NK/T cell lymphomas from nasal cavity and other extranodal sites were 90.0%(9/10),33.3%(2/6) respectively.EBV-latent membrane protein(LMP-1) were detected only in 2 of 12 EBV-positive cases.Conclusion These results indicated that the presence of EBV in NK/T cell lymphomas is site-restricted,EBV might be important in pathogenesis of those lymphomas.The latent infection pattern of EBV were inconsistent in NK/T cell lymphomas.
