| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨ＴＩＭＰ－１、ＴＩＭＰ－２表达与结直肠癌新生血管形成的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法分析５２例结直肠癌石蜡标本中ＴＩＭＰ－１、ＴＩＭＰ－２的表达及新生血管密度（ＭＶＤ），并应用图像分析的方法定量分析ＴＩＭＰ－、、ＴＩＭＰ－２在肿瘤中的表达及与ＭＶＤ之间的关系。结果 无血管转移组ＭＶＤ低于有血管转移组（Ｐ〈０．０５）；低ＭＶＤ组癌组织ＴＩＭＰ－２平均光密度（ＭＯＤ）高于高ＭＶＤ组（Ｐ〈０．０

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the relation between the expression of TIMP 1,TIMP 2 and angiogenesis in colorectal cancer.Methods The expression of TIMP 1,TIMP 2 and the microvessel density(MVD) in paraffin embedded specimens of 52 patients with colorectal cancer were studied by immunohistochemical method.The expressions of TIMP 1 and TIMP 2 were quantitatively analyzed respectively with a computer assisted analysis of digitized microscopic images.Furthermore the relationship between the expression of TIMP 1,TIMP 2 and MVD was analyzed.Results The MVD was significantly higher in positive vessel metastasis group than in the negative group( P <0.05),meanwhile the mean optical density(MOD) of TIMP 2 of cancerous tissue in lower MVD group was significantly higher than that in higher MVD( P <0.05).Conclusion The expression of TIMP 2 of cancerous tissue in colorectal cancer is relative to the inhibition of angiogenesis. |
