| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨热休克蛋白７０（ｈｅａｔ ｓｈｏｃｋ ｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ７０）在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化Ｓ－Ｐ法检测ＨＳＰ７０和ｐ５３蛋白在正常胃粘膜、慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生、不典型增生及胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果胃癌中ＨＳＰ７０及ｐ５３蛋白呈高表达（Ｐ〈０．０１），ＨＳＰ７０在正常胃粘膜、慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生、不典型增生及胃癌组织的表达呈递增形式；有淋

| Abstract: | Objective In order to determine the expression and significance of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in gastric carcinoma.Methods We detected the express of HSP70 and p53 in normal gastric mucomembrance,chronic gastritis,gastratrophia with intestinalization dysplasia and gastric carcinoma by the immunohistochemical staining S P method.Results The express of HSP70 increased significantly in gastric carcinoma( P <0.01) and was higher than in the tissue surrounding cancer or normal tissue,the expression of HSP70 had significantly difference between with and without lymph node metastasis.Conclusion HSP70 and p53 might have combined effect in the course of gastric carcinoma.HSP70 plays an important role in the devolopment of gastric carcinoma. |
