| 摘 要： | 研究肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）、５－氟脲嘧啶、丝霉素单用及ＴＮＦ与５－Ｆｕ、ＭＭＣ不同配伍方案对人胃癌细胞ＳＧＣ－７９０１细胞毒作用。方法应用噻唑蓝比色法（ＭＴＴ）测量各实验组的光密度（ＯＤ值），计算杀伤率。结果单独应用各药时，三者地ＳＧＣ－７９０１均有细胞毒作用，ＴＮＦ与５－Ｆｕ、ＭＭＣ配伍时细胞毒作用明显增强，不同配伍方案存在非常显著的差异（Ｐ〈０．０１），以先给化学药物，后加ＴＮＦ且毒性作用最经

| Abstract: | Objective To study the cytotoxicity of different regimen of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) combined with antitumor drugs on human gastric cancer cell line SGC 7901.Methods To measure optical density value(OD) by MTT assay,calculate killing rate.Results TNF increased the cytotoxicity of antitumor drugs.Among three regimens,there was significant difference in cytotoxicity( P <0.01).In three combined administrations,the most effective one was that TNF was given 12 h later post treatment of antitumor drugs.Conclusion TNF can remarkably increase the cytotoxicity of antitumor drugs.In clinical therapy,we should give TNF after antitumor drugs administration. |
