年龄和性别对健康人外周血细胞流式细胞术检测参数的影响

目的 探讨某些生理因素对健康人血细胞流式细胞术检测参数的影响。方法 采用流式细胞术对８８例不同年龄和性别健康成人血细胞的３２项检测指标进行对比分析。结果 在不同年龄受检者中，随着年龄增加，主要免疫指标出现逐渐减低的变化，并呈明显的负相关，细胞增殖活性、凋亡水平和基因表达蛋白出现逐渐增高的变化，并呈明显的正相关。不同性别受检者的各项参数均无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论 受检者的年龄对血细胞流式细

Influence of Age and Sex on Flow Cytometric Parameter in Peripheral Blood Cells of Healthy Individual

Objective To study the influence of physiological factors on flow cytometric parameters in peripheral blood cells of healthy human.Methods 32 flow cytometric parameters were measured and analyzed in peripheral blood cells of 88 healthy persons with different age and sex.Results With the increase of age,main immunel parameters showed decreasingly changed and there was significal negative correlation.With the increase of age,proliferous activity,apoptosis and expression of gene protein increasingly changed and there were significal positive correlation.There were no correlation between these parameters and sex( P >0.05).Conclusion The age of persons was significal effective factor to flow cytometric parameters in peripheral blood cells of healthy persons.
