血浆PGE2与结直肠癌肝,肺转移的关系

探讨结直肠癌患者癌组织局部静脉血及外周血中前列腺素Ｅ２（ＰＧＥ２）含量与肝、肺转移的关系。方法采用放射免疫法检测外周血与癌组织局部静脉血（局部血）中ＰＧＥ２含量。结果癌症患者局部血ＰＧＥ２、外周血水平均明显高于胆石症组和正常组、肝、肺转移者显著高于无转移者；肝、肺转移者之间无显著性差异。

Relationship Between Plasma PGE_2 and Hepatic and Pulmonary Metastasis of Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between plasma PGE 2 level of patients with colorectal carcinoma and the hepatic and pulmonary metastasis.Methods Determination of plasma PGE 2 was performed by radioimmunoassay in peripheral blood and local vein blood(local blood) of tumor tissue.Results The PGE 2 levels in both local blood and peripheral blood of patients with colorectal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in patient with cholelithiasis and normal subject( P <0.01).The PGE 2 levels in patients with hepatic and pulmonary metastasis were remarkably higher than that in patients without monary metastasis( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in PGE 2 levels between the patients with hepatic metastasis and with pulmonary metastasis( P >0.05).Conclusion The assessment of PGE 2 level is benefit for diagnosis of malignant or benign coloretal ailment.The high PGE 2 level in the local blood around tumor tissue may accelerate the carcinoma metastasis through blood.The measurement of PGE 2 in peripheral blood is useful for assessment of distant metastasis.
