| 摘 要： | 目的 观察原发性肝癌化疗栓塞畏加冷冻肝癌瘤苗刺激的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（ｓ－ＴＩＬ）治疗前后外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞受群的变化。方法 ８２例行化疗栓塞（ＴＡＣＥ）后的肝癌患者分为ｓ－ＴＩＬ治疗组及对照组。２组分别于ＴＡＣＥ治疗前及治疗后７天、１４天、２１天采外周静脉血检查Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群，２组进行比较。结果 治疗组ＣＤ３＾＋、ＣＤ４＾＋、ＣＤ８＾＋、ＣＤ４＾＋／ＣＤ３＾＋比值在１４天左右即上升，与对照组比较有显

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in PHC patients treated by tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) stimulated with liver tumor cryovaccines after transcather arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods82 cases of PHC after TACE were divided into two groups,one was s TIL treatment group,the other was cortrol group.Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of two groups were inspected and compared before and 7,14,21 days after treatment by TACE,respectively.Results The values of CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4/CD 8 in treatment group rose at about the 14 day after treatment,and it was significant compared with controls( P <0.05).Conclusion The application of s TIL to patients with PHC after TACE can enhance cellular immunity. |
